Position Purpose:

The Greggs Internship for Graduate Students 2024 is designed to provide recent graduates with hands-on experience in the dynamic and fast-paced world of food retail. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a rotational program across different departments such as Operations, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Product Development.
  • Support teams with day-to-day tasks, research, and analysis to aid in decision-making processes.
  • Work closely with mentors and managers to understand departmental goals and contribute to achieving them.
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support various business operations and improve efficiency.
  • Attend training sessions, workshops, and meetings to enhance skills and knowledge related to the food retail industry.
  • Present project findings and insights to senior management and stakeholders.

Education:

  • A recent graduate or final-year student from a recognized university.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:

  • Previous internship or work experience in retail, food industry, or a related field is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
