Responsibilities:
- Support the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) in delivering humanitarian aid and protection to people affected by armed conflict and other situations of violence.
- Assist in conducting research, data analysis, and information gathering to support programmatic activities and decision-making processes.
- Contribute to project management tasks, including planning, monitoring, and evaluation of humanitarian projects.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of communication materials, including reports, briefings, and multimedia content.
- Support field operations by liaising with local communities, authorities, and partner organizations.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills related to humanitarian action and international law.
- Perform administrative tasks as needed, including organizing documents, scheduling meetings, and maintaining databases.

Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a graduate program at an accredited institution, pursuing a degree in international relations, humanitarian studies, law, social sciences, or a related field.
- Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in humanitarian action, human rights, and international law.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and/or other relevant languages (depending on the location).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex information and draw actionable insights.
- Cultural sensitivity and empathy towards people affected by conflict and violence.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural and challenging environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with data analysis tools and software.
- Eligibility to work in the country where the internship is located.
