Job Roles:

  • Assist in research, analysis, and drafting of reports, policy briefs, and other publications on labor-related topics.
  • Support the planning, organization, and implementation of conferences, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Contribute to the monitoring and evaluation of projects and initiatives.
  • Engage in outreach and communication activities, including social media campaigns and content creation.
  • Collaborate with team members on special projects and assignments as needed.
  • Participate in meetings, discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Complete assigned tasks and deliverables with a focus on quality and timeliness.

Education Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program at an accredited college or university.
  • Studying in a relevant field such as International Relations, Economics, Social Sciences, Law, or related disciplines.

Experience Requirements:

  • Previous experience or coursework in labor issues, human rights, international development, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong interest and commitment to social justice, labor rights, and decent work for all.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are an asset).

Skills Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
